We want you to love your Loog gear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags are attached and the products are in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
